Humans are remarkably efficient at learning tasks from demonstrations, but today’s imitation learning methods for robot manipulation often require hundreds or thousands of demonstrations per task.
To address this gap, researchers developed a new method that enabled a robot to learn 1000 diverse everyday tasks from a single demonstration each in less than 24 hours of human training time.
